Spanning 4,500 square feet, our workshop is fully equipped to handle, inspect, carry out detailed work scopes, and return each hydraulic cylinder to our customers with unparalleled professionalism. Our facilities feature two 5-ton overhead cranes for seamless lifting of your hydraulic cylinders.
In our cylinder shop, you'll find a Tuxco™ cylinder disassembly bench that extends from 20 feet when closed to a full 40 feet when opened. This powerful piece of equipment features a hydraulic planetary gearhead, engineered to deliver up to 40,000 ft/lbs of torque, streamlining the removal of shaft nuts and threaded cylinder glands.
Our workshop is outfitted with four lathes, capable of handling materials up to 36 inches in diameter and 20 feet in length, complemented by digital readout systems for accuracy. Additionally, our milling machine plays a crucial role in the intricate fabrication and repair of cylinder eyes.
We maintain an extensive inventory of induction chrome shafting, ranging from ½" up to 5" and metric sizes from 12mm up to 140mm, compatible with industry-leading equipment from Komatsu™, Caterpillar™, and John Deere™, among other brands.
Our team includes two highly skilled machinists with over 35 years of combined experience in hydraulic cylinder works. For custom fabrication needs, we stock malleable steel up to 12" in diameter for constructing pistons and glands.
Every cylinder undergoes thorough testing for bypass with hydraulic oil at safe working pressures, aligned with our customer's specifications and in consultation with our Certified Hydraulic Technicians, ensuring compliance with our Quality Assurance Program.
We truly pride ourselves on our comprehensive Cylinder Management Program, designed to support your predictive maintenance, inventory, and tracking systems, enhancing operational efficiency.
